Healthy Targets Aimed for and Achieved 7/29/2017
1) can walk the 6-7 miles daily without question
2) can balance enough to do workout dvd if i can find time
3) can work full time stamina wise
4) can stay awake past 9... lol, actually can be up til 11/12 and still up on time next day
5) HRT - only 2/3 weeks back on and period back functional to original pre menopausal pattern - this particular combo seems to work super well and... bewbs
6) metal taste more tracked down - found 3 places extra vitamin b was hiding (trans-dermal progest cream, women's multi and liver guard)
7) my face loooks more like me me again
8) prednisone all time low even near this period 5- 7.5 mg /day with 24-48 spike pre auntie day - headache was super mild this month though
9) muscle tone coming back up through the extra cushionings
10) can sleep when wanted as much as I have time for
11) can balance and do full deep tissue and graceful bodywork sessions
12) sex drive: OMG yeps it's back - this is REALLY good HRT balance this time - all the zest with no the crying
13) can drive myself almost alllll the time
14) hernia pain is better and better buzzy heat thing helps, walks help more
15) low back works as long as I walk the day before - med for pain control dropping
16) all nebulizers packed up in storage
17) can trot up stairs at work carrying all the things again
18) cognitive function way the heck up - HRT again - brain fog gonnnnned
19) skin softer and happy again
20) sex drive back..... yep - it's worth 2 points on the list - I really missed my libido
21) weird watery stuff gone - still extra weight but not that weird ass stuff
22) I found my waist line and some clothes are fitting that I really missed and I can wear all the cleavages things
Goals STILL to Aim for: (with new clinic)
1) more muscle tone - and bones underneath
2) keep incubator cranked up for IVF (IVF goal 1-2 years)
3) bring work out dvd back into daily
4) back to all clothes fitting - normal weight ish ness
5) less stress stuffs at home
6) more consistency in work comms - daily - focus on work so can get money stress down
7) more date nite stuff
8) MUSIC - singing - something daily - now
9) more dancing 1-2/week - fall ish
10) actual hiking like in the mountains - always 2/ month
11) this year ready for snow shoeing and winter sports
12) kayak getting out on water in - soon in sunshine
13) get this low back thing better controlled - walks not optional for the ann - if I miss the next day I can't hardly bend or move - by fall
